could run the /disasterrecovery switch but Exchange 2000 does not have this capability. Your only solution at this point may by third party to extract your mailboxes and import them into the new Exchange 2000 server. Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000 almost shrink wrap themselves around the hardware. You may also contact the vendor which I am going to provide to see if they have any other way than exporting your mailboxes from offline database file, they are experts in this and have used them many times with other clients. www.ontrack.com/powercontrols -- Show quoteJohn Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2008 Microsoft Certified Partner "CSharp" <CSh***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:92A578AC-B904-42A1-B7CB-F3C0B6640156@microsoft.com... > the restore location also excluded from the anti-virus > > thanks in advance > > "John Oliver, Jr. [MVP]" wrote: > >> What program are you using to do the restore with? >> >> -- >> John Oliver, Jr >> MCSE, MCT, CCNA >> Exchange MVP 2008 >> Microsoft Certified Partner >> >> >> "CSharp" <CSh***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:10005691-4459-4161-B8C0-5A93E086228F@microsoft.com... >> > after a normal restoration (Last Backup Set is checked), the error >> > message >> > is >> > showed as below: >> > >> > An internal processing error has occurred.
