Increase msExchESEParamMaxSessions - Exchange 2007

We are running Exchange 2007.  Recently we started getting event log errors
ID 1165 stating:
No database session was available to satisfy a request on the public folder
database "database name"

The number of sessions configured via the Active Directory attribute
msExchESEParamMaxSessions on the storage group may be set too low for the
level of activity on this storage group.
The current value for this parameter is 389.

Clicking on the help link for Microsoft Help and Support Center, tells me if
this parameter doesnt exist it automatically calculates it.  It says if its
set to low to increase the number of database sessions.  However, nowhere can
I find where this active directory attribute is?

I tried in ADSI/Configuration/Services/Microsoft Exchange/My
Exchange/Administratior and under the server name there was this field set
with no value.  I threw in 500 and rebooted Exchange.  Yet the next day, I
still get errors stating this value is 389.

Any tips on how I can determine why this error is occuring? I tried ExMon on
Exch2007 with no luck.  But I wouldnt mind also knowing where this value is
to change?
