Exchange Mode and Domain/Forest Functional ModeI've done a lot of reading about switching Exchange 2003 mode to Native. I
understand all but one thing: Have not found any reference to whether or not Exchange mode is dependent on or independent of the Domain and/or Forest Functional Mode. Thanks in advance. Exchange Server 2003 mixed or native mode are related to presence of
Exchange 5.5 servers. Don't think there are dependencies on AD Domain/Forest mode for switching Exchange to native. -- Show quoteBharat Suneja MVP - Exchange www.zenprise.com NEW blog location: exchangepedia.com/blog ---------------------------------------------- "JusTryinTaGetBy" <JusTryinTaGe***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1FBA53AF-6106-4162-89B1-601C33277A9B@microsoft.com... > I've done a lot of reading about switching Exchange 2003 mode to Native. That's the general conclusion I came to. I've got nervous mgmt. that wants to
see 'authoritative' stuff in writing before letting me pull the trigger, but I cannot seem to put my hands on an article/whitepaper/deployment guide that states that. I'm hoping you or some other helpful soul has run across that type of thing.
