Actually they were using a Cisco pix. I turned off mailguard ,but it still does the same thing. Do we have to reboot the server or anything? Any other suggestions? Will upgarding outlook to 2003 or 2007 fix it ? Thanks in advanced. Show quote "Morley Lee" <morl***@netsys-tech.com> wrote in message news:%236cHthsDIHA.3916@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > No cisco pix. is within outlook 2002 the delivery reciept is in chinese characters ,but if you view the delivery receipt through OWA it's in english. I am also facing the same problem. Whereas we are not using any Cisco PIX. What might be the reason. I have checked the headers and found nothing suspectable. We noticed that the text also appears
fine if you forward the receipt. I am assuming that it simply opens the same code in a different outlook form which is capable of displaying the receipt text fine. Read receipts are fine, the problem only appears to be with delivery receipts. I was thinking that we could bin the delivery receipt form and re-create from a copy of the read receipt form but I would have no idea how to do that!?!
