GAL intermittent prompt error

Hi guys ,

My users at remote office intermittent got error message when open the GAL
address book. If they close and open again . The error will dissapear. So i
presume it a network connectivity issue . So it there a way to increase the
outlook queries the GAL timeout ?

The error message is : the address list could not be displayed. the
connection to the microsoft exchange server is unavailable. outlook must be
online or connected to complete this action

You will want to fix your GCS's and also try to find out why you are failing
to communicate with them.
