Outlook 2003 sp3 Sometimes sends duplicate emails

Hello,

I have exchange 2003 sp 2 with 250 Outlook 2003 clients, and only one
client some times is sending duplicate messages .
They are no POP3 accounts, the client is working in cached mode..
I recreated his profile , and every few days hi is sending duplicates.
I checked send items , there is only 1 message send, on exchange
server i see the email send twice..
Any assistance will be welcome.
