I am having a problem with messages getting stuck in the queue.  When I go
in and manually force the connection through system manager they all go, but
will sit there forever if I do not force them.

I am running Small Business Server 2003 which includes exchange 2003, with
the latest service packs.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
