how can I allow an Exchange 2007 Server to accept relaying messages from a single IP?

Hi,
I have a single Exchange 2007 server and would like to have it accept
relaying anonymous messages from another SMTP server, and only from it.
Up to the moment I have only found a possibility by creating an External
Relay domain, but this is not exactly what I would like because any SMTP
server may send messages to such domain via my Exchange server.
Receive connectors do not seem to have any field/attribute to do this.
However, it was possible in Exchange 2003 to have a list of IPs from which
the server would accept relaying mail.
Can anyone give a help, please?
Regards,
/A
