OL 2007 / Exchange 2007 - Error when adding a resource to meeting

Hello, I have an issue in when booking a resource (conference room) users are
getting the following:

"Resource" has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must
book each meeting separately with this resource.

This is not happening on all conference rooms, just a few.

Searching on this I was finding many issues with OL 2000 & 2003 which
required a specific patch from MS for XP, but nothing relevant to OL2007 / EX
2007. Has anyone run across this recently?

Users are running Vista (either buisness or ultimate) with OL 2007 against
EX2007.
