Hi

I have One exchange 2003 Front end server and 3 backend servers (one master
server).
Can we recover/restore one excahnge 2003 server without the Exchange master
server and domain controller?

Hi
There are lots of options to restore Exchange server and / or data
but in any case you need your Active Directory. Because of this it is
recommended to have more than one domain controller per AD domain.

Assuming you have your AD up and running to recover an exchange server you
have two options
"server restore" and "server rebuild"

restore means that you restore all your OS and Exchange binaries and data
from tape
rebuild means that you re-install Exchange using setup.exe /disasterrecovery
