Existing env: 1 Exchange 2003 FrontEnd
                   1 set of A/A/P Exchange 2003 Clustered BackEnd
                   In same Admin Group

Installed another set of A/P Exchange 2003 BackEnd to the environment, tried
access OWA through backend server (http://backend/exchange) no problem but
when access through frontend with SSL enabled (https://frontend/exchange), it
hang at 'Loading ...'

Compared IIS settings between the existing backend and the new backend,
nothing different. Anyone has encountered this before?
