Here is what worked for me in order to correct this problem:

1. Go to Delivery Options on the Exchange General tab in the Properties of the user account in AD. Add name of delegate in Send on Behalf of field.

2. Following step 1, the name of the Delegate auto populated the Delegates field in Office 2007. Now you can adjust the permissions of the Delegate as you see fit.

What problem? Sorry, but you've posted this as a new message, not as a reply
