Exchange Mail Folders and PST

I am trying to keep two mail systems sync... the problem I have is that I
have to have two Systems, both have their own exchange servers; I also have
a mobile that I use to sync with one of the servers... while I am out of the
office....

I have copied one lot of exchange details into a .pst and sync this with a
..pst file on the other system... the problem is syncing the .pst with the
exchange files on the other system... so that it seems that I only have one
virtual set of details...

Can this be achieved?

Regards - Paul

Sounds like a horrible idea. Why two PSTs?
Any reason you're not connecting to one over MAPI and the other over
IMAP and have one email profile only? You can then use a single
mailbox and set of folders.
Not sure what your kit looks like from this question.

Mark,
I may not have explain correctly, I am sorry... but I am on two different
networks... that cannot communicate with each other... one can connect to
the Internet... but the other cannot...

so one pst is on each system...

regards...

I'm sorry, I still don't get it.
Have you got a laptop or something and you move between locations?

I have a PC on restricted  on a network (PC A a project based PC)... and I
have another PC on a unrestricted network (PC B a company based PC)... both
have there own exchange servers... the systems cannot talk to each other...
so I have created a .pst file form PC A and transferred it by USB to PC B...
when I am in the office and can see all both Project and Company outlook
details on one PC... when I am away from the office I connect to the
exchange server on PC B via my Nokia e61i and mail for exchange to get my
outlook detail...

What I cannot do is connect the same way to PC A... I want to stop the need
for either me or my assistant rekeying details in both systems...

Regards

This is a truly crap solution but I think your most likely solution is
to have a big usb stick with one or more PST files. Before you start
Outlook you put the stick in and wait for it to get the drive letter.
Then start Outlook and configure the delivery location of the email to
be the PST. Email will then download. Close Outlook, remove the stick
and then do the same on the other PC.

Horrible.

It uses a PST file  - bad.
It uses a usb stick - damn insecure.
It means you're moving unrestricted hardware onto a restricted box -
that's gotta be a breach of someone's policy somewhere.

Yeah, I got so carried away with villifying the solution I forgot a
couple of things, the fundamental security problem being one.

Why not leave mail on the Exchange server and quit using PSTs?
