Send on Behalf of a DL in 2007

This might be a dumb question...

How do I set users to be able to send on behalf of a DL in Exchange 2007?

I know that I can grant users the Send As right from the Security Tab, but
in this case it's the Send on Behalf of that's needed.

Also, if it had been a mailbox I would've gotten the owner to set up the
necessary delegate rigths, but that's obviously not relevant here...

Any ideas anyone?

You dont. You give them SEND AS permissions.
