I host an Exchange Server for my small company from my home.

I have an FQDN of www.kmnr1.com.  I have created all the Mail records
necessary: A, MX on my hoster.
Mail worked fine up until about a week ago.  My ISP changed My IP on me.  I
have reconfigured the PIX Firewall to allow for the new address.

I can send mail out just fine.
When I attempt to send mail to myself (ke***@kmnr1.com), I am getting the
following error:
"Permanent Failure:550_5.7.1 No such recipient".
I am not sure what is wrong. I have been out and checked the MX records and
they seem OK...

Thanks for any input.

Possible your ISP is blocking port 25.  For most residential accounts ISP's
will block SMTP.  Can you confirm you can telnet to Port 25 of your Exchange
Server on the new IP?  Do you have a residential or business account from
your home?

Perhaps they have started blocking it... could have happened at the same time
last week when the new DHCP address was leased... I had to change everything
on the firewall then...

I did successfully telnet to 25 and run commands from remote...

I wonder if I am blacklisted... One of the services indicated that I was.  I
am not sure what to do next...

Very possible.  You can check at www.dnsstuff.com.  I would check to insure
this is allowed by your ISP first with type of account you currently have.
