Delay in receiving Emails in Exchange 2003 ServerWe are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 for our client machines in our office. All is fine - till recently a user started complaining about Delay in receiving Email. This was seldom happening to diff emails which r sent to her internally or externally. Recently another user also mentioned that he is having delay in receiving email - its taking him a couple of days to receive the email sent internally while the rest receive it almost instantaneously. My question is - Is this an issue I need to look for on the Exchange server or should I look into the Client's Outlook settings? I recently configured IMF on the exchange - which is working excellent. Also have Avg Anti Virus on the server and for all the clients as well. No changes have been made to the firewall/router. Appreciate if some one can help in this regard. Please let me know if you need more details. Thank you Regards Harry |
