blocking indexing applications? Is there a way to somehow block indexers from accessing an exchange 2007
system? Now with many downloadable search and indexing things many do this and do not realize it hammers the disks on exchange a lot. I want to see if besides monitoring Exmon and then checking the high usage users machines is there a tool and way to block indexing from hitting the mailboxes. Sort of think I am out of luck since exchange probably does not differntiate what is coming in to a mailbox and for what reason. Thank you. On Thu, 8 Nov 2007 12:27:01 -0800, Transam388
