Limit actions on e-mail

A few years ago I saw a demo that explained you can send an e-mail and limit
what the user can do with it, or with attachments.  For example, you can not
allow an attachment to be saved, or the e-mail to be forwarded.  Is there
something in Exchange Server that needs to be turned on to enable this?  Or
is it just the Outlook client?  We are on Exchange and Outlook 2003.  Thank
you.

There are plenty of options, some built in to Outlook (mark the message as
'private' or 'personal' and test, some third party. However, remember that
pretty much *anything* like this can be bypassed if someone is serious about
it, and I'd worry that you'll be lulled into a false sense of security. I'm
presuming you're on E2k/2k3; I am sure there are more options inE2007, but
I'm still skeptical.
