Hi All

I had a mail stuck in Categoriser which was suddently released after few
weeks when I restarted the SMTP server on the exchange server. The mail was
send to an internal distribution group by a internal user.

I am using exchange 2003 server SP2 Standard Edition on a windows 2003 OS.

Any one know why it has  stuck in the Categoriser Also is there any tool or
methode to see the mails stuck in categoriser.

Regards

If it was "stuck" then it was likely a retryable error. look for events like
6004 in you application log.

Yes, you'll need to turn up diagnostic logging to see them.  You could start
with:
