WirelessOnSave binding errors

Many months ago, I created a user named spammy.junkman for testing antispam
software. I deleted the user and now I get three errors every time I reboot
the Exchange 2003 SP2 server:

I tried recreating the user and the message went away, then deleted it again
but it came back. I have tried using the AUTD Binding Cleanup Tool but I get
this error:

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
DAV Protocol Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
AUTD Binding Enumeration Operation Completed. Errors Found: 1

What can I do to stop these WirelessOnSave errors?
