inbound problem

Configuration : Exchange 2003 , Windows 2003
Problem : some internet incoming e-mails ( 1 out of 100 ) are held in the
Exch server without obvious signal or error message. The held e-mails will
not fall into the recipents mailbox until the Exch server are reboot.

Any hints or any suggestion for trouble shooting this problem ?

Have you run ExBPA lately on your Exchange Server to see if it spits out any
errors? Anything the Event Log?
