Hi All,
Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2
Exchange 2007 Enterprise Rollup5
Outlook 2003

Im doing a 2003 - 2007 migration - and a number of users get the following
error message -

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The
operation failed. An object could not be found.'

17:51:06 Synchronizer Version 11.0.5604
17:51:06 Synchronizing Mailbox '%Username%'
17:51:06 Synchronizing Hierarchy
17:51:10 Done
17:51:10 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
17:51:10  0X8004010F

All public folders and mailboxes have been replicated over to Exchange 2007
I have also moved the Default Address Book to the new Exchange 2007 -
I have set the logging to Expert - no error messages on the server.
All IS are dismounted.
No public folders are on the 2003 server.
The default OAB set correctly for all IS on the Exchange 2007.

I have also dismounted the PF on the 2003 server and tested with the same
results.

Any help would be appreciated.

I read that alright -
and none really applies - when the logging is set to expert and I update the
OAL I dont get any errors - which I premume that the OAB is fine.
Out of approx 1000 users only about 20 users are affected so far - mainly
the Outlook 2003 users.

Re-Creating the OAB - is that an option?
Im looking now to completely remove the Exchange 2003 server.

John,
I have looked at that some time ago - all mailstore databases are set to use
the \Default Offline Address List.
I have now dismounted the exc2003 PF so there is nothing on the 2003 apart
from routing mail
However i still have the same issue.

After digging around a little further -

Test-OutlookWebServices |fl

Id      : 1019
Type    : Information
Message : Found a valid AutoDiscover service connection point. The
AutoDiscover
           URL on this object is
https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml.

Id      : 1006
Type    : Error
Message : Failed to contact AutoDiscover

If I do a test email - it seems to work and if set up an email account on
Outlook 2007 it finds everything fine.

I have set the logging to expert for all the services and nothing is
indicating an issue.

If I connect to the URL above and login with my credentials I get the

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
