You could set up an autoreply rule - but I'd suggest it be "once per sender"
to avoid mail loops. And you'll have to open up autoreplies to the Internet,
which is dangerous (because of mail loops).

To open it up, go to Exchange System Manager \ Global Settings \ Internet
Message Formats
You'll probably only have one item on the right ("default") - right-click,
properties....go to the Advanced tab. There's a tickbox for "automatic
replies"

For help with the rule, post in microsoft.public.outlook....again, this
should reply only once per sender, and should be a server-side rule.
