Hi
We are envelope journalling to an on-line email archive.
The plan is to have a second Exchange 2003 server - and hence second storage
group. Our Exchange server 1 will forward to the journalling mailbox on the
Exchange server 2, and this will then it will be forwarded to the on-line
archive.
I have installed server 2, and it has made another storage group.
My question is how do I set up a user to user Server 2 instead of server 1.
and use storgae group 2 instead of storage group 1?
TIA
lewej

Can you ask this question again, differently?
If you are just asking how to get a user from server 1 to server 2
then the answer is that you go into AD Users & Computers on either
Exchange server, find the user you want on server 2 and right click
him. Select Exchange Tasks and then Move Mailbox.

Hi Mark
Sorry - a badly worded question. I did not know how to ensure the mailbox I
was setting up was on the second storage group - but I gave it a bash ands
found it was a drop down box when setting up the email address.
Thanks
