Repairing a user's accountWe have a user whose Outlook bombs when opening her Calendar (Outlook has
encountered an error and needs to close...). Is their a tool (builtin or 3rd party) that can scan a user's account and look for errors? I'm thinking of something like the scanpst.exe but for Online accounts. Thanks, Tom On Wed, 28 Nov 2007 10:00:08 -0500, "Tom" <ocho***@hotmail.com> wrote: Is it definitely Exchange? i.e. have you created her profile on>We have a user whose Outlook bombs when opening her Calendar (Outlook has >encountered an error and needs to close...). > >Is their a tool (builtin or 3rd party) that can scan a user's account and >look for errors? issue. I was going to wait a day or so and then run the scanpst.exe on the ost. I was just looking to see if there's a tool that I can use to verify the integrity of a user's account without having to play the 'cache' game.
